HPA currently has over 50 residential designs and variants.  To date, HPA’s construction company, Lifecare Construction Ltd, has managed the construction of over 1000 retirement villas; with HPA playing a key role in the sales and marketing of these villas.

Construction Management 

Our clients benefit from HPAs national purchasing power through its open-book construction process.  HPA regularly checks supplier and subcontractor prices against standard industry rates to ensure clients are getting competitive pricing across all areas of construction.   Also, being based in the same offices, HPA’s designers and procurement team are able to work together to ensure the end product matches the client approved design.
